Abstract
The aim of the specialized map is to capture the structure of the population commuting to the village of Dukovany on the basis of available statistical data. The mapa analyzes particular demographic, educational and occupational structure of people, and the summary of their abilities and skills they have acquired, among other things, during long-term work at the plant and have achieved in connection with its activities and presence in the territory.
In its catchment region, the nuclear power plant has created a relatively specific structure of employees, characterized by higher education, often with specific attestations. On the other hand, it is also clear that the age structure of the staff is not very favorable and has significant proportion of people of older age.
