Abstract
In recent years, several technologies emerged as medication (beta blockers, imiquimod, etc.) and instrumentation (lasers, IPL, radiofrequency, etc.) which dramatically increased our therapeutic effectiveness with vascular anomalies, of course, not only in children. At the same time, aesthetic demands patients and families are rising, and many modalities perform best at an early age.
The result is a retreat from the traditions tactics "wait and see". We treat many more patients today.
This paper aims to provide to the clinicians who diagnose these diseases in the first line, the current algorithm solutions.
