Right to good lawmaking in Czech and German Feceral Constitutional Court perspective

Abstract

The article deals with the right to good lawmaking in the case law of the Czech Constitutional Court and the German Federal Constitutional Court. The aim of the article was to answer the question whether the lawmaker is obliged to his constituents by any law as such or whether he is bound to make "good" and "proper" laws.
