Abstract
This commentary deals with fundamental terms of civil service, such as civil service authority, civil service regulation and civil service body. Furthermore, the commentary discusses the role of the Ministry of the Interior in relation to civil service.
The Act on state service came into force on 1 January 2015 in the majority of its regulations.
