Abstract
First, the article summarizes results achieved by the European Union in terms of the economic crises. On the basis of official statistics and statements then the author concludes that Europe is in a multiplied crisis which cannot be got over by established ways of political and economical actions.
A possible solution is found in materialist concept of ideas which can act as an economical factor.
