Abstract
The contribution deals with the current issue of energy security where we must reflect material bases and legal aspects of the issue. The actual statue of the legal safety of energy security is also based on Article 2 of the Constitutional Act about Security of the Czech Republic and more concretely in other Acts and Conceptions - Energetic conception and Security strategy and other relevant documents.
The whole issue is special because of necessity of the reflection actual state of affairs especially at European context. The contribution contains summary of actual legal situation and also deals with ideas de lege ferenda.
