Abstract
The author solves following questions in the papers: What nature of the legal provision of § 2180 Civil Code on the acquisition of ownership to enterprise? Is it an appropriate legal solution? May contractual parties influence the moment of deposit of the document of purchase of enterprise in the collection of documents?
