Abstract
Birthing mechanism is a set of movements that carries the body of the fetus during the birth canal, is the result of force action uterine contractions on the fetus against odporutvrdých and soft birth canal we distinguish birthing facility - the fetus, birthing ways - hard and soft, and labor force - uterine contractions and abdominal press .
