Abstrakt
This article describes a new initiative which aims at physics teaching and learning at lower secondary schools in the Czech Republic. The project is called ""Elixir for Schools"" and has two main parts - Regional Centres, and Tandems.
We discuss this project in detail with the aim to generalize our experience so that it can be useful for people from other countries who are engaged in physics education.
