Abstrakt

Morphological analysis of three different approaches for production of organotypic cultures: multi-layered culture of WRL68 cells grown on semipermeable membrane, neurospheres generated by neural progenitor cells and recellularization of acellular muscle scaffolds with C2C12 cells.
