This article is focused in the analysis training process and reasons, which lead to dominance of Ethiopian (and Kenyan) runners. Research in the areas of genetics, diets, social condition showed no reason for their high performance, besides training.
The excellent results are due mainly Ethiopians hard training that differs in three areas. At first is the rational and high intensive training in altitude.
The second is high level of anaerobic threshold, lactic capacity and lactic resistance. Third cause is specific special strength training, which created long hills, short steep hills and plyometric training.
