Abstract

Photoprotection (minimalisation of UV exposure) is a basic preventive arrangement in all persons exposed to UV radiation. Shade, clothes, sunscreens and systemic drugs create a complex of protection.

Especialy risk groups like organ transplant recipients, outdoor workers, sun beds users would be warn against UV risks and follow up. There are educational campaigns (e.g.

Euromelanoma Day) in action but results apear slowly.
