Step towards modern administration or concession to the harmonisation of law?

Abstract

As a follow-up to enaction of the State Service Act, which came into force on January 1st in 2015, authors are examining basic legal institutes, whose position within system of law is necessary for understanding a meaning of the new legal regulation.
