Abstract
Chapter 2, § 4of the is devoted to the acquisition of ownership rights. The actual introduction deals with general views on the acquisition of ownership rights.
In the following chapters is given the interpretation of the various ways of acquiring property rights under the Civil Code no. 89/2012 Coll. The conclusion is devoted to the transfer of legal defects acquired things and the issue of legal succession.
