What Did Making Samizdat Mean in the 1980s? The Story of Revolver Revue

Abstract

The chapter provides an analysis of the samizdat era of Revolver Revue, the cultural periodical published in Prague at the end of the 1980s. The magazine and its makers played an important role in the Czechoslovak counter-culture at the end of Communism in the country.
