Abstract
Chapter 5 § 2 discusses the easements Civil Code no. 89/2012 Coll. Interpretation respects the classic division of easements and servitudes on real burdens.
Particular chapters are devoted to interpreting the concept of servitude, their distribution on land and personal. Further explanation is focused on the creation servitude, legal relations of the servitude, various land and personal ministry.
The conclusion is devoted to the interpretation of extinction servitude. Separate sub-chapter deals with the interpretation of real burdens.
