Abstrakt
The construction of railways in Argentina was the key for the success of the country in the turn of the 19th and 20th century. Whole period was influenced by great economical progress, immigration and British influence.
This paper researches the consequences of the development of the Argentine railway system before the World War I and most important events that took place during the defined period and effected the railway construction.
