The Legislative Power under the Conditions of People's Democracy

Abstrakt

The paper deals with the action of parliament in Czechoslovakia 1945/1948. It focuses on acitivities of parliament under specific conditions of National Front.

Its characteristics were limited political pluralism and the absence of political opposition. The article proves that one part of members of parliament worked as a substitute of the opposition.
