Article from the case law of the European Union describes the application of Regulation (EEC) No 2081/92., Art. 2 - the protection of geographical indications and designations of origin in the judgment of the ECJ C-35/13, the Regulation does not provide protection regime for geographical name that is not registered at EU. This name but may be protected by the national legislation.
