Abstrakt
The prohibition of discrimination is one of the basic principles of universal human rights protection. Also, EU anti-discrimination law has its foundations in human rights protection.
However, the dynamic development of this field of law questions the fundaments of private autonomy and also endangers important achievements of human rights protection, such as the principle of religious freedom and the protection of minorities.
