Abstract
State budget compilation for the next year is always a negotiation between the relevant ministers and the finance ministers. Indeed, the revenues are planned though they are based on previous year's revenue assumptions increased by expected economic growth and state companies' expenditures.
Until 1995 the principle of balanced state budgets, i.e. that the expenditures could not exceed the revenues, was held. Since the year of 1995 the state budget deficit has been about 100 billion Czech crowns and the budget deficit performance has been conceded.
In the current searching for additional state budget funds it is continuously stated that the tax evasion elimination is one of the possible ways. In that regard financial authorities are exerted on the dealing with these issues, both locally and internationally.
In the current time the closest cooperation is with the United States of America and measures are about to be prepared within the European Union as well.
