Abstract
The purpose of this article is to describe and briefly evaluate the proposed or prepared changes in gambling taxation. The new legal arrangement for a gambling regulation has big chances for success, since it is proposed by the government.
In such a case, the levy on lotteries and other similar games would be replaced on 1st January 2017 by the gambling tax.
