Abstrakt

The article deals with the taxation of income and wealth of individuals in the Czech Republic. It is aimed not only at those who would like to perform their activities in the Czech Republic.

The paper analyzes different categories of income and possibilities of legal tax optimization according to the Income Taxes Act.
