Through social enterpreneurship to employment of people requiring increased care by mediation of employment

Abstract

Atypical forms of employment represent an effective way to adapt to evolution and social business is able to create the ground for this form of work activity. Czech legal system still does not have a legislative definition of social entrepreneurship, but this may soon change.

It is necessary to start thinking how effective interlace legislation acts in the right time in order to e.g. use social enterprises to create part-time jobs or transit jobs. Aim of this paper is to open the discussion about possible innovations that would be in accordance with modern trends and provide benefits both to citizens and the state.

Examples of good practice from abroad are used as inspiration.
