Breaches of obligations by employment agencies and potential impacts on permit for broker employment

Abstract
This contribution wants to point out that the agency employment, as a special and particular form of employment is itself simultaneously subject to control activities of the labour inspection when the inspections are investigated as violations of the Labour Code and the Employment Act. The question remains, however, whether any such violations should automatically lead to the withdrawal of a permit to broker employment, as required by § 63 para. 2 of the Employment Act.
