Abstract

The article deals with the the privilege against self-incrimination and its application to legal persons in proceedings on an administrative offense in the context of decisions of the Supreme Administrative Court and the European Court of Justice and the Supreme Court of the United States. Article based on a review of several judgments concludes that the privilege against self-incrimination is not applicable to legal persons..
