Abstract
Chapter on relation between international and municipal law provides overview and analysis of ways how the States secure compliance with international obligations in their domestic legal orders. It deals not only with general theoretical approaches of states, it provides information, how the issue is dealt with in selective jurisdiction and particularly in the Czech Republic.
