Abstract
This paper provides wide analysis of the current state of the monument protection law in Czech Republic. Author analyses current legislature in comparison to the previous regulations.
Discussed is in ex. formal and material conception of the monument. Author analyses constitutional, international and (above all) administrative provisions together with the Czech administrative case-law.
This paper aims to discuss the main problems of Czech monuments protection law and contains de lege ferenda di-vagations.
