The article deals with the development of the organization of administrative justice in the Czech Republic. With regard to the continuity of the development of administrative justice, attention is drawn legislation, the organization of administrative justice before the establishment of independent Czechoslovakia in 1918.
With regard to the existence of the First Republic's Supreme Administrative Court, which was established in 1918 and virtually ceased to exist in 1952, will be paid attention to the organization administrative justice even in this period. Since the greater part of the communist period the Supreme Administrative Court didn't exist and also the administrative judiciary with certain exceptions not been performed attention will be paid to the period after 1989 when it managed to restore administrative justice.
