Abstract
The article deals with the conditions which a minor has to satisfy so he/she can do business on his/her own. The author deals with the ordinary and usual acts which a minor in a framework of his business is entitled to do and with acts, which have to be approved by a court.
The article also deals with the possibility of a defence of a minor, whose legal representative has without proper causes refused to grant consent to the minor with the business of the minor.
