Produciton of documentary evidence in the administrative proceedings without a hearing

Abstract

The article deals with the production of the documentary evidence during the administrative proceedings in the absence of the participant and without making of the official report. The main conclusion of the article is the fact that the production of the documentary evidence does not require an official report unless it is from an administrative decision obvious that the administrative body considered this evidence together with other evidence.

This conclusion is based on decisions made by the Supreme Administrative Court in the particular cases.
