Legislation, legal norms, legislative activism and legal certainty - legal regulation of labour relationship in the Czech Republic

Abstract
With giving concrete examples from the area of labor law in the Czech Republic the author focuses on two important aspects that have a significant impact on legal certainty as a one of the defining features of rule of law. Firstly it is a legislative activism (inflation of legislative activity), which is characterized by decreasing standards of legislative proposals.
Next to this, the author deals with the limits of judicial completion / creating of law - in number of cases in the Czech Republic there is a significant difference between text of law and final legal norm inferred by courts.
