The work summarizes different aproaches to enforcement of the copyright rights in the online world, where the copyright works in digital form are easily widened without costs and without physical borders of countries, so it differs from the enforcement of copyright in the world of physical copies of copyright works. It is shown that in global cyberprostor the legal tradition of copyright protection has no big influence on copyright enforcement, but as well the fact that the system of copyright protection is needed (regardless if it is a part of common law or continental law) to be revided and adapted to the functioning in cyberprostor.
This work also summarizes the degree of international cooperation and cooperation with private sector, without which it is not possible to fight any kind of cybercriminality, therefore even the online piracy. Comparasion of the different approaches is doubtless one of the ways, which can significantly contribute to find a global optimal solution, where the rights of authors, but also of other members of global information society (users and ISP) in balance.
