Abstract
Agency agreement with the agent undertakes to procure a matter of principal. The agent will leave the principal all the benefits of Affairs.
The provision of Section 2430 trought 2443 Civil Code shall apply as appropriate to cases involving an obligation to arrange a certain matter at another person's expanse under other provisions of this Act, unless these provisions indicate otherwise.
