Abstract

The article discusses the legal aspects of the study and the subsequent activity of the legal historian Jaromír Čelakovský as a teacher on the Faculty of Law of the czech Karl-Ferdinand University in Prague. This question is framed in terms of legislation, internal standards of the University as well in terms of the contemporary practical application of law.
