Abstract
New findings in physiology and pathophysiology of the cerebellum, which build on those already undertaken by J. E.
Purkyně are described in this work. These findings were obtained through the introduction of modern investigative techniques into clinical practice and experimental procedures in neuroscience research using animal models of cerebellar disorders described in this work.
