Public participation in decision making in environmental protection

Abstract

The contribution deals with the forms of public participation in decision making in environmental protection according to international law as well as and especially according to Czech law. It is especially focused on the public participation in administrative procedure mainly according to the Nature and Landscape Protection Act.

Author describes positive as well as negative practical aspects of these forms of NGOs participation.
