The Expulsion of EU Citizens From The Host Member States: Legal Grounds and Practises

Abstract

This article analyses the legal grounds for expulsion under EU law and the safeguards that protect EU citizens residing in host Member states. Examples of expulsions from Member Sattes in recent years are noted, and possible ways of overcoming current issues are proposed.
