Review of the facsimile edition "Terra Mariana 1186-1888" prepared by Gustav Baron von Manteuffel (1832-1916), published by Latvian National Library 2013. This is a historical overview about Roman Catholic parish churches in the Baltic Provinces including depictions of churches.
This review has also an exclusive artistic value. The new edition comprises extensive academic commentary and introduction.
