Abstract
Method of laser assisted microdissection was developed in the middle nineties. The equipment undergoes several innovations, so, they are user friendly today and they allow quick earnings of required sample.
Due to this equipment we can get specific cells from tissue section or cell culture. Obtained cells can be evaluated by means of molecular biologic methods.
Application of laser assisted microdissection is very wide from basic research to analyses of pathological cells.
