Recognition of Trust as a Specific Problem of Private International Law

Abstract

The main problem of a trust within the private international law is its qualification. In case of its effects in the domestic legal order one has to respect its relevance in the jurisdiction of its origin.

The adaptation has to be done only in a very limited scope.
