Abstract
Lecture at the workshop on constitutional issues dealing with archive dokuments of modern history dealt with legal philosophical issues, legal provisions, which were contested with the constitutional complaint, related regulation, existing case law of the Constitutional Court in similar cases, the methodology and the possible outcomes, including considerations de lege ferenda.
