Abstract
The present invention presents the synthesis of new analogues of oxytocin conjugated imitating green fluorescent dye, fluorophore Bopipy, allowing after binding to the oxytocin receptor of its visualization. A novel alternative method for visualization of oxytocin receptors has been developed, allowing rapid screening, without the use of technologically and time consuming, but also economically expensive immunohistochemical methods, commonly used to demonstrate oxytocin receptors.
