Abstract
The article analyses a development of society and political situation in Kosovo in the first months of 1968. It is based on the study of archival documents which were not taken into consideration until that moment.
It analyses contacts between Pristina's officials and Belgrade's Serbian republican or Federal officials respectively. Further it deals with criminal proceedings against high police officials in Kosovo and with the consequences of massively increased Albanian national movement.
