Abstract
The book is elaborated primarily as a textbook for compulsory elective course being taught in the Department of Commercial Law. It is an introduction to regulation of the banks and their major trade agreements.
The publication explains passive transactions of banks (account, letter of credit, collection etc.) and active trades (loan, investments etc.).
