X. The independent Czech Republic, adoption and content of its Constitiution

Abstract

The Czech Republic became the succesor state after the dissolution of Czechoslovakia. The chapter focuses on the process of adopting a new constitution, is analyzed its content and attention is also paid to implementing laws.
