Is it possible to arrange a negative interest on deposit relationship?

Abstract

Article examines the possibility to negotiate contract provisions on the contribution of the negative interest. Current and historic legislation considered only the interest paid by the debtor, so arrangements of a negative interest can be regarded as a simulation of paying a fee.
