Comenius, his analysis of pedagogic play and his original concept of utilizing theatre in the teaching of languages. We take Comenius' concept of theatre pedagogy and we compare it with a today's method theatre pedagogy, MJT (in the text related as MJT).

MJT utilizes elements of theatre to achieve language-teaching objectives (i.e., the development of language skills and communication competency for foreigners learning Czech as a second language).
