Abstract
The collective monograph is a result of work of more than ten researchers working at the several faculties of the Charles University in Prague and other Czech universities. The subject matter of the book is an exploration of the phenomenon of pre-colonialism, colonialism and post-colonialism on the large space of the Eastern and South-Eastern Europe, including the area of the former Soviet Union and the Ottoman Empire.
