Abstract
This chapter presents publications dedicated to the structural description of phonetic and phonological systems of the Czech and Russian languages. Particular attention is given to the works of M.
Romportl. Furthermore, it presents the main articles and monographs in this subject.
Methodically oriented literature is primarily dedicated to such aspects as accent and intonation.
